Customer Service Representative

Don Victor Jewelers, a family-owned jewelry store catering to the Hispanic community & voted Coachella Valley’s #1 Jeweler is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, both in-store and over the phone.

Overview

Job Duties:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in-store and over the phone
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Assisting customers with product selection and purchase
  • Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Providing product and company information to customers
  • Ensuring that the store is clean and well-stocked
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment
  • Familiarity with jewelry or luxury products

Indio, CA
10am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)
10am - 5:00pm (Saturday)
Closed on Sunday
